Duncannon Fort is one of the most famous Irish fortresses. The Fort has another great attraction which is the Maritime Museum. It charts the maritime history of the most dangerous Irish coastline.
This June Bank Holiday, the Duncannon Fort will be a host to the Military Re-enactment and Vehicle Show. The Venue will take place on 2nd & 3rd June 2012.
There will be representations of medieval archers, Redcoats and united Irishmen and Irish troops of the London Irish Rifles.
The unforgettable re-enactments will take place: The American War of Independence, WW1 and WW2 battles and more.
And for all motor fans, military vehicles from a number of different eras will be on display.
