Bootcamp is designed to whip you into shape over a six week period, it is suitable for all levels of fitness and if you put the work in you are guaranteed to see improvemed body measurements and an increase in fitness levels - read all about it on our blog www.whitford.ie/blog or check out our facebook page. Bootcamp runs throughout the year, Kickass Indoor Bootcamp runs from November until mid April and the Outdoor Military bootcamp starts 29th April 2013 and runs in 6 week blocks until the end of October .
Run for Fun
If you enjoy running but dislike the solitude, you can join Shane and members of the Club Whitford Running club every Saturday morning at 10.30am. Meeting at Club Whitford for a group run on the fabulous Raven point route. Shane has run competively since 1989 running 15 marathons todate including New York, London & Berlin. he finished 6th in the Conemara Ultra 2006 race and 2nd place in this years 50 mile Dingle Ultra race so as you can see he has a wealth of knowledge to share. All levels welcome.
