"We arrived as a group of 4 friends on Friday for the weekend. From the offset, we were greeted with a warm, friendly welcome and the staffs' attentiveness was second to none for the entire weekend. We ate in the hotel throughout the weekend so sampled both afternoon bar food aswell as an evening meal. As it was one of our guests' birthdays, the hotel provided a decorated cake for her free of charge and presented it to her after our meal in the restaurant on our last night which was wonderful. We didn't feel like eating it that night so it was kept for us for the neat afternoon after we has checked out and served to is with tea and coffee at a reserved table in the lobby which was absolutely outstanding. Our rooms were 138 and 140 on the 1st floor and were superior by name and by nature. The pool, sauna, steam room and leisure centre were immaculate and again the staff were so helpful and attentive. We also availed of a treatment in the Serenite spa which was amazing and so relaxing. I cannot wait to return to This hotel with my family and cannot recommend it enough to people of all ages and tastes."

"Have been to Whitford House before but brought two friends with us. Had an absolute ball. Rooms were fabulous. Food delicious and entertainment at night was brilliant. Will definitely be back to Whitford House Hotel. Didn't get to use the leisure centre this time but can honestly say it is fab. Wexford is always a great place to visit but rain or shine Whitford House is one smashing hotel. Would recommend it in a heart beat."

"The Whitford Hotel us one of Ireland's hidden gems. Every member of staff are extremely polite and courteous, the bedrooms are excellent, the food is amazing (fresh fish sourced locally) and great beaches are only a short drive away. Have tried other hotels in the south east but always revert back to the Whitford. Great for weekend breaks in the winter, the open fires are so cosy"

"On our most recent visit to the Whitford House Hotel in August myself and my wife had the pleasure of our granddaughter's company. The hotel like all hotels in Europe has had to cope with the recession. However despite some changes the hotel has managed to keep its exceptional standards of accommodation, leisure and facilities superbly well. They cater for families and children really well too. Our granddaughter loved the pool, the playground and the bouncy castle. We enjoyed the friendliness of staff, great restaurant and atmosphere and our spacious room. No doubt we will be back again in 2014."
