TRX CLASSES NOW OFFERED AT CLUB WHITFORD!
The concept of TRX suspension training is pretty basic: you use two cables on your feet or hands to partially suspend your body and use your own body weight as resistance. TRX helps to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries.

NEXT MILITARY BOOTCAMP STARTS AUGUST 12TH!
The next military style bootcamp takes place on August 12th 2013 and runs until September 22nd. It's truly an amazing sight watching men and women with different levels of fitness working alongside each other, each at their own pace but all of them motivating each other and having such fun. There are classes ranging from spinning, TRX, kettlebells, stationary circuits, kickass and modified strong man/woman.
It was once quoted that ‘wearing the same shirts doesn’t make a team’ however that quotation is blown out of the water once you put on the Club Whitford shirt! It’s a great way to unwind, get to know each other and also acts as a great staff incentive or social occasion for businesses and clubs. Our activities are designed to promote team work, team bonding, leadership skills and performance.
The bootcamp costs €105 for non-members, €89 for returning bootcamp members and €79 for Club Whitford members. This includes full use of Club Whitford Leisure Centre and access to 11 classes a week!
