The Military Style Weightloss Boot Camp
workout takes place on the new purpose built assault course with 26 obstacles over 10 acres; this is a first for Wexford
. It's truly amazing sight watching men & women with different levels of fitness working alongside each other, each at their own pace but all of them motivating each other and having such fun. There are obstacles ranging from hay bale jumps, cargo nets to scramble under, hurdles to jump over, tunnels to shimmy through, tyre obstacles, monkey bars and water crossings.

Our assault course will test every athlete's strength and fitness in so many ways; our diverse obstacles have been designed with this goal in mind. To keep you going after Kick Ass Boot Camp, Military Style Boot Camp is back with a vengeance to get you in shape for summer. Instructors John Kenny and Louise O’ Brien will be on hand once more to lead Team Tornadoes and Team Hurricanes to compete once again to claim the coveted “Boot Camp Title”.
Military Boot Camp it is an intense, fun fitness regime to get you feeling fit and healthy. With daily classes ranging from station circuits, spinning, kettle bell classes and team challenges. You will be put through your paces on a newly designed assault course and running track along with visits to some of Wexford’s top beaches.
Boot Camp is tailored to all fitness levels and is ideal for anyone taking part in team sports, training for an event or for anyone who is on the road to increasing their fitness levels and getting in shape. The enjoyable part of Boot Camp is that the majority of classes are outdoors! So not only are you getting in shape you will feel healthier.
Military Style Boot Camp for six weeks from Monday, 7th May 2012. At only €105 for non members it will include full use of Club Whitford Leisure Centre. CLUB WHITFORD KICKASS IN 2012
Club Whitford has earned its reputation as one of Wexford’s most vibrant health and Leisure Centre’s. Bootcamp was introduced to Wexford by Club Whitford in 2011 and over 200 people with varying fitness levels earned themselves some pretty amazing results. Leisure Club Manager MJ said “We have learned so much in the last year, people love bootcamp for many different reasons ranging from its team spirit, its social aspect, right up to the Fitness Levels and results achieved, this team spirit has really impacted on the club creating a great buzz amongst our members”.
New for 2012 is “Kickass Bootcamp” this promises to be the toughest to-date with Max Interval Training, Lung busting Cardio workouts, Calisthenics, Pilates combined with a Nutritional Diet plan, it is a total body workout designed to get you into the best shape of your life.
