Guest Reviews. We may use your contact information to invite you to write a review after your stay, which may ask for information about the property, the surrounding areas, and the destination. If you don’t want your name to show with your review, you can be displayed anonymously. By completing a guest review, you’re agreeing that it can be displayed on, for example, our websites, in our social media accounts or Tripadvisor; to inform other travellers about the quality and services of the hotel. Photo's may be taken of Customers and Members and used to promote large events on social media and website platform or on the Hotel Premises. Customers/Members should make themselves known to the photographer at the time if they do not wish their photo to be taken.

When you make an online reservation on our site, you will be linked to a booking engine provided by our booking management system partner, Avvio.  All information sent to this site, if in an ssl session, is encrypted and protected against disclosure to third parties. Avvio are certified as compliant with GDPR,PCI  DSS (payment card industry data security standards) and have implemented the following specific security measures in respect of the Personal Data, as applicable:

PlusServer are ISO27001 certified.
