20 metre Deck Level Swimming Pool & Children’s Pool
Children are welcome to use the swimming pool that is complete with water features between the hours of 6.45am and 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 7pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Gymnasium & Aerobics Studio ClassesThe gym has a state of the art fit-linxx system which allows you and your trainer to monitor your training and achieve greater results in less time. There is a wide variety of Cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, cross-trainers, bikes, rowers and steppers, complimentary Vibro-plate(we Do Not Charge) not to mention two separate weights areas for those of you who like to build muscle.
Hydro Massage Pool Area and Health & Beauty Day Spa
This area of the pool incorporates three separate functions to allow for total body relaxation.
